We are Gemstone Solutions Property Management and Realty, a full‑service property management and real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management, leasing services, and real estate brokerage. Origin Story
We began as a family-founded business created to provide for our loved ones by serving rental property owners. As we grew, the company’s purpose expanded: we recognized that our expertise could benefit many stakeholders — owners, investors, tenants and employees. That evolution guides how we operate today. Our team enjoys a collaborative work culture where employees can build careers and support their families, and our clients receive attentive, professional service at every stage of the relationship.

With more than 25 years of property management experience, Aleah brings a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience for our owners, residents, vendors, and team members.
Madeline combines five years of property management and leasing experience with a background in marketing, customer service, and sales. Born and raised in Memphis, Madeline completed her degree at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and moved her family to Nashville to further her real estate career. Being a local to Tennessee, she has a deep understanding of the community and market.
Karen has years of experience in all aspects of property management, which makes her a great fit for helping investors locate and acquire properties to add to their portfolio.

Luis has a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering with over seven years of experience in Production, Maintenance, and Project Management. With plenty of previous experience in related businesses he joined the Industrial environment for Real Estate and construction processes five years ago.
Tracie brings more than 12 years of property management experience to our team, with a proven track record of building strong maintenance operations, leading high-performing teams, managing vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and residents.
Alex's organizational and communication prowess, willingness to jump in with both feet and genuine care for clients and customers make her the perfect fit for our team.
Matt has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. After excelling in selling homes, it became evident his true passion was also in helping homeowners accomplish their dreams and shouldering the burden of property ownership for them. And so Gemstone Solutions was born.
