Matt has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. After excelling in selling homes, it became evident his true passion was also in helping homeowners accomplish their dreams and shouldering the burden of property ownership for them. And so Gemstone Solutions was born. Matt and his wife Megan live in Williamson Co., TN with their family. They can often be found exploring the outdoor beauty of Middle Tennessee.

Tamara has an extensive background managing teams of individuals. Tamara oversees and serving as a role model for the processes and team members related to client onboarding, lease renewals, moveouts/turnovers, maintenance and more. 

Madeline combines three years of property management and leasing experience with a background in marketing, customer service, and sales. Born and raised in Memphis, Madeline completed her degree at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and moved her family to Nashville to further her real estate career. Being a local to Tennessee, she has a deep understanding of the community and market and looks forward to meeting the needs of tenants & owners alike!

Luis has a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering with over seven years of experience in Production, Maintenance, and Project Management. With plenty of previous experience in related businesses he joined the Industrial environment for Real Estate and construction processes five years ago.

Corey is born and raised in Nashville Tennessee and has nine years in the construction industry and five years experience in residential construction. He is excited to bring quality services to home owners and renters alike in his role as quality assurance supervisor and property inspector.

Jon has over ten years of experience in customer service. He has worked in retail and banking and is excited to bring that experience to Gemstone Solutions. He and his wife enjoy binge watching all the best TV shows and spending time with their three cats!

Alex is an admin superhero. Her Organizational and communication skills, willingness to jump in with both feet and genuine care for clients and customers make her the perfect fit for our team.

A graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, she has over 16 years of experience in public accounting, offering tax preparation and accounting services to small businesses in a variety of industries. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified in QuickBooks Online. 

Karen has years of experience in all aspects of property management, which makes her a great fit for helping investors locate and acquire properties to add to their portfolio.
