  • When can I expect my rental payout for this month?

    We are committed to sending your rental payout to you within 48 hours of the tenant’s payment clearing our account. Several factors, however, impact when that timing will be each month. For example, the lease agreement allows the tenant a 5 day grace period to pay rent before they are charged a late fee. Therefore, tenants often pay their rent anytime between the 1st and the 5th. In addition, weekends and banking holidays will delay the deposit of the rent into our account and also your rent payout. You should expect to see an email confirming that your payout was initiated by us by the 10th of the month, in general. Once the payout is initiated, it can take up to 3 business days for the amount to be available in your bank account. And don’t forget - you have 24/7 access to all financial information related to your account by logging into your account on our website.
